11Security Measures. After the Commencement Date of this Lease Tenant hereby acknowledges that Landlord shall have no obligation to provide a guard service or other security measures whatsoever. Tenant assumes all responsibility for the protection of the Premises, Tenant, its agents and invitees and their property from the acts of third parties.
