119 Software. “Software” shall mean all computer software owned, licensed, leased or otherwise used by the Companies and the Subsidiaries, of any nature whatsoever (including system software, application software, utility software, web sites, security software, programming software, middleware and firmware, modules, data files and upload software), in object and/or source code form as applicable, including, without limitation, the software described on Schedule 4.7.
