111 Trustee. An individual, individuals or corporation and any of its affiliates or any successor or assigns (who may be the Sponsor or an affiliate) who are appointed or assigned in the Adoption Agreement or any duly appointed successor or assigns as provided for in paragraph 13.19.
111 Trustee. For employers who are members of SBERA, the Trustee shall be the Trustees of the Savings Banks Employees Retirement Association. For all other Employers, the Trustee shall be the individual, individuals or institution appointed by the Employer to serve as Trustee of the Plan. In the event the Employer does not name an individual, individuals or institution to serve as Trustee of the Plan, the Employer will be deemed to be the Trustee.
