Common use of 10Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

10Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements, promises, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations or warranties, whether oral or written, by any officer, employee or representative of any party hereto in respect of the subject matter contained herein; and any prior agreement of the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter contained herein is hereby terminated and cancelled.

10Entire Agreement. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of between the parties Parties hereto in respect of pertaining to the subject matter contained herein hereof and supersedes and terminates all prior previous agreements, promises, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations memoranda or warranties, whether oral letters of proposal or written, by any officer, employee or representative of any party intent between the Parties hereto in respect of connection with the subject matter contained herein; and any hereof entered into prior agreement of to the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter contained herein is hereby terminated and cancelledEffective Date.

This Agreement sets forth constitutes the full and entire understanding and agreement of among the parties hereto in with respect of to the subject matter contained herein hereof, and supersedes all prior agreements, promises, covenants, arrangements, communications, representations any other written or warranties, whether oral or written, by any officer, employee or representative of any party hereto in respect of agreement relating to the subject matter contained herein; and any prior agreement of hereof existing between the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter contained herein is hereby terminated and cancelledexpressly canceled.
