104 Primary Holder Sample Clauses

The '104 Primary Holder' clause designates the main individual or entity recognized as the principal owner of a particular right, asset, or interest under the agreement. In practice, this clause clarifies who has the primary authority to exercise rights, make decisions, or receive benefits associated with the subject matter, such as shares, intellectual property, or contractual entitlements. By clearly identifying the primary holder, the clause helps prevent disputes over ownership or control and ensures that all parties understand who holds the central position in relation to the specified asset or right.
