1000 Compensation. If the Bay de Noc Community College Board of Trustees approves any collective increase to the wages of administrative employees who are directly employed by the College during the 2024-2025 or 2025-2026 fiscal years, the Part-Time Instructor’s semester contact hour rate shall be subject to and assume the same collective increase for that contract year, or 1.25%, whichever is greater.
