0Hosting Fee. For each Channel supported on the Effective Date of this Amended and Restated Agreement, AT&T shall pay Supplier an annual “Hosting Fee” of $**** of the Term or any Renewal Term unless such Channel’s hosting has, upon mutual written agreement of the Parties, been transitioned to AT&T. Supplier shall invoice each Hosting Fee monthly in arrears in **** by Channel in accordance with the applicable Order for such Channel.
