08Divisions Sample Clauses

The '08Divisions' clause defines how a contract or project is organized into distinct sections or categories, often based on the type of work or trade involved. In practice, this might mean separating construction work into divisions such as electrical, plumbing, or structural, each with its own specifications and requirements. By clearly delineating responsibilities and scopes of work, this clause helps ensure clarity, prevent overlap or confusion between parties, and streamline project management.
