04Incorporation by Reference. In the event that the Loan Agreement Termination Date occurs prior to the termination of this Agreement and the satisfaction of all ​ ​ Obligations, any term defined in the Loan Agreement and used in this Agreement, any provision of the Loan Agreement incorporated by reference into this Agreement and any provision of the Loan Agreement referred to in this Agreement shall mean such defined term or provision as in existence immediately prior to the Loan Agreement Termination Date.
