04Additional Conforming Changes. Nothing in the Second Amendment shall restrict or impact the ability or right of the Administrative Agent to make any future modifications, supplements, amendments, technical, administrative or operational changes or other conforming changes that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of Adjusted Term SOFR and to permit the use and administration thereof by the Administrative Agent to the extent permitted pursuant to the Amended Agreement and the other Amended Documents.
