03Additional Conforming Changes. Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict or impact the ability or right of Administrative Agent, in consultation with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to make any future modifications, supplements, amendments, technical, administrative or operational changes or other conforming changes that Administrative Agent reasonably decides may be necessary to reflect the adoption and implementation of Adjusted Daily Simple SOFR and to permit the use and administration thereof by Administrative Agent to the extent permitted pursuant to the Loan Documents, as amended hereby.
