02Other Actions. The Assignors hereby agree that at any time and from time to time, upon entering into any guarantee of a Pledged Charter of whatsoever nature, it will promptly and duly execute and deliver to and in favor of the Assignee at the cost and expense of the Borrower any and all such further instruments and documents as the Assignee, and its successors or assigns, may reasonably require in order to obtain the full benefits of this Agreement, and of the rights and powers herein granted.
