000 - MANAGEMENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Employer has the right to operate and manage their business in all respects subject only to the limitations expressly stated in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Employer shall abide by all pertinent federal, provincial and municipal/local government legislation, regulations, bylaws, policies, procedures, etc, including but not limited to, the Canada Revenue Agency, Employment Insurance Act, WorkSafeBC, municipal business licensing bylaws, etc.
