▇▇▇▇▇ of Lease and ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s Rights. (i) The grant of this Lease is subject to all easements rights reservations and powers mentioned in the (REIWA LOGO) (C) COPYRIGHT REIWA 2004 02/04 R401 - Unauthorised copying prohibited Strata Titles Act so far as they are not excluded or modified and to all easements shown on the strata plan. (ii) The Lessee and the Licensees have the right in common with the Lessor and the Registered Proprietors to use the common property on the strata plan subject to the by-laws of the strata company and all rules and regulations made by the strata company.
