  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, such additional or reduced cost shall not be separately paid or credited if the same has already been accounted for in the adjustment of Contract Price where applicable, under GCC Clause 23.

  • Headings in the GCC shall not be deemed part thereof or be taken into consideration in the interpretation or construction thereof or of the Contract.
