General. 15.1 The Organiser, the operator of Radio Station, its agents, sponsors and representatives shall not be li any of their obligations in respect of the Contest and this Terms andrCegounldaittiioons ,inrurleespaencdt of the Contest where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its control and shall compensate the Contestants in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances. 15.2 The Contestants shall not bdetoenatsitsleign any of the right-scoonrtrsaucbt any of the obligations herein. The Organiser shall be entitled to ass-liigcnenosrestuhbe whole or any part of its rights hereunder to any third par as may be determined by the Organiser. 15.3 All rights andivpiler ges herein granted to the Organiser irrevocable and not subjected to rescission, re injunction under any and all circumstances. Under no circumstances shall the Contestants have injunctive relief or to restrain or otherrfweriseewinitthe the organization of the Contest, the production, distribution, exhibition and/or exploitation of the Contest and/or Programme and/or any product bas derived from the Contest and/or Programme. 15.4 The invalidity, illegality or unebnilfiotyrcoefaany terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation force of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. 15.5 The main language of the Terms and Conditions shall be the English language. Any translation t langauge than English shall be for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency b this English language and any other languages, the English language version shall prevail an all respects.

General. 9.1 The FPC in vernacular language shall be displayed by the Company in all its offices including corporate office, regional and branch premises. The same shall be put up on Company's website for the information of various stakeholders.
