لغة العطاء. 10-1 يجب ان يتم اعداد العطاء وكافة المراسلات والوثائق المتبادلة بين مقدم العطاء وجهة التعاقد باللغة المشار اليها في ورقة بيانات العطاء . يمكن ان يقدم مقدم العطاء أيا من المطبوعات المتصلة والتي تشكل جزءا من عطائه في لغة اخرى على ان ترفق بترجمة دقيقة لنصوصها الى لغة العطاء ، وحينها تعتمد الترجمة لغرض تفسير العطاء .
لغة العطاء. 10-1 يجب ان يتم اعداد العطاء وكافة المراسلات والوثائق المتبادلة بين مقدم العطاء وجهة التعاقد باللغة المشار اليها في ورقة بيانات العطاء . يمكن ان يقدم مقدم العطاء أيا من المطبوعات المتصلة والتي تشكل جزءا من عطائه في لغة اخرى على ان ترفق بترجمة دقيقة لنصوصها الى لغة العطاء ، وحينها تعتمد الترجمة لغرض تفسير العطاء . 8- Amendment of Tender Documents 8-1 The employer shall have the right to amend bidding documents at any time prior to the deadline for submission of bids. 8-2Any annex to the bidding documents shall be part of the bidding documents and shall be issued and distributed in writing to all bidders who bought the bidding documents under paragraph (6-3) of the Instructions to bidders . 8-3 The employer shall extend the deadline for submission of bids pursuant to paragraph (22-2) of the Instructions to bidders and give bidders sufficient time to take into account the amendments marked in the bid annex when preparing their bid. C) Preparation of Bids 9- Cost of bidding 9-1 The bidder shall bear the total cost resulting from the preparation and submission of his bid and the employer shall bear no responsibility for this regardless of the procedures and results of the bidding. 10-Language of Bid 10-1 The bid and all the correspondence and the documents exchanged between the bidder and the contracting party must be prepared in the language referred to in the paper of bid data. The bidder submit and of the literature related thereto which constitute part of his bid in another language, provided that it must be accompanied with an accurate translation for its texts to the language of the bid. Hence the translation will be accepted for the purpose of interpreting the bid. 11.
لغة العطاء. 9-1 يكتب العطاء و جميع الوثائق و المراسلات المتعلقة به باللغة المحددة في ورقة بيانات المناقصة. من الممكن أن تسلم الوثائق المساندة و المواد المطبوعة بلغة أخرى، شريطة أن تكون مرفقة بترجمة دقيقة، باللغة المذكورة في ورقة بيانات المناقصة. و لغايات تفسير العطاء يتم اعتماد النصوص المترجمة.
لغة العطاء. اللغة المتداولة في العطاء هي اللغة المذكورة في جدول بيانات العطاء.
