Title IX. In an effort to comply with Federal regulations the following Articles shall not apply to investigations, hearings, and decisions regarding formal Title IX complaints against employees: Article 30.4, Article 30.6, Article 30.8, Article 30.9, and Article 31, in its entirety.

Title IX. Title IX investigations, hearings, and decisions shall be conducted in accordance with, and subject to, applicable law and Evergreen policy. The Union and the College further agree that either Party may request to open discussions regarding Article 30.10 if the Federal Title IX regulations change substantially.
