Notice Prior to Layoff. Employees to be laid off will be given as much notice as possible, but at least a fifteen (15) working days written notice.
Notice Prior to Layoff. Employees to be laid off for an indefinite period of time shall receive at least thirty (30) calendar days notice of layoff. The Local Union Secretary shall be notified of the employees being laid off on the same day the notices are issued to the employees.
