Single Occupancy. If you require permanent care outside of your Residence, you will be required to vacate and remove your property from your Residence within ten (10) days of the date that McLean determine that your transfer is permanent. You will pay the Monthly Service Fee until your Residence is vacated. If you transfer to the Assisted Living Center or the Health Center, you will pay the applicable fee for nursing or assisted living care, as determined by McLean. If you permanently transfer to an outside facility, this Agreement will terminate.
Single Occupancy. Single rooms are available only to a limited number of residents and are assigned in the sole discretion of Park University. Priority is given to residents on a seniority basis by class standing and hours completed (i.e. Seniors, Junior, Sophomore). If Resident requests a single room and Park University grants such request, Resident must pay an additional single room charge, which is due at the time of confirmation for the semester. The charge associated with single room requests varies by residence hall.

Single Occupancy. These assignments are made only at the discretion of the University, typically for students who, due to medical or other reasons, cannot or should not be assigned to a shared living space. Students who believe they require a single-occupancy space for medical reasons should contact the Office of Disability Services for approval. Students are encouraged to complete this process before they are registering for housing. A medical-single assignment is only guaranteed if space is available at the time the student’s request is approved. There is no additional fee for students approved for a medical-single assignment. Exceeded Occupancy - If housing demand exceeds capacity, the University reserves the right to use a limited number of temporary room assignments on campus. Determining Housing Assignments All assignments are made without regard to race, sexual orientation, religion, or national origin, and the University rejects all requests for assignment changes based upon those reasons. Incoming students (first years and transfers) are assigned housing based on the following criteria: 1) date of received application, 2) indicated housing by space availability, 3) roommate preferences, and 4) personality, interests, hobbies, and behavior information. Returning students are assigned housing during the Housing Renewal Process. An outline of this process will be provided to students by the Office of Residence Life in the Spring semester. Returning students who fail to renew their housing will be automatically assigned by the Office of Residence Life after all other assignments have been made. Students are not guaranteed a specific room, particular room type, residential area, or roommate(s). However, the Office of Residence Life will do its best to honor student preferences. A student may not sub-lease or rent their assigned room, nor may they permit another person to share or utilize their room assignment who is not assigned to the space. Changes to Assignments Students may obtain permission to change rooms or buildings during posted room change periods. The student agrees to have prior written approval from the Office of Residence Life before making a room change and to follow the room change procedures established and provided. Unauthorized moves will result in a $75.00 fee. Single Occupancy. Lessee is hereby informed that the area plans for Global Village Apartments, coded by Tippecanoe County, is expressly zoned for single occupancy in the Premises. Only the Lessee, and no other individual, shall maintain their primary residence within the Premises. A violation of this policy shall be grounds for penalty. Section 11(a).
