Living Space. The basement and attic areas are not considered living space and are not to be used for any purpose by the TENANT(S).

Living Space. An ESA must be contained within the Residential Owner’s assigned University Housing except to the extent the individual is taking the animal out for natural relief. When an ESA is outside the Residential Owner’s living accommodations, it must be in an animal carrier or controlled by a leash or harness. Dominion and Control Notwithstanding the restrictions set forth herein, the ESA must always be properly housed and restrained or otherwise under the dominion and control of the Residential Owner. No Residential Owner shall permit the ESA to go loose or run at large. If an ESA is found running at large, the ESA is subject to capture, confinement, and immediate removal from University Housing.
Living Space. The Employer will provide and maintain living spaces for Employees while on duty, to include a cooking stove, refrigerator, TV, and beds equipped with mattresses and linen. The Employer agrees that living quarters space allocated in the fire station is for the use and benefit of fire department personnel. These areas will normally not be used as public facilities, except in emergency situations.
Living Space. An ESA must be contained within the Owner’s privately assigned individual living accommodations (e.g., room, suite, apartment) except to the extent the individual is taking the animal out for natural relief. When an ESA is outside the private individual living accommodations, it must be in an animal carrier or controlled by a leash or harness. ESAs are not allowed in any College facilities other than College residence halls (e.g. dormitories, suites, apartments, etc.) to which the individual is assigned.
Living Space. During the Employment Period, the Company ------------ agrees to make available to Employee a living space in New York City for Employee's convenience and the Company shall enter into a lease for such living space.
