Additional Fee definition

Additional Fee means a fee, in addition to the licence fee, imposed by the municipality on a business at any time during the term of the licence for costs incurred by the municipality attributable to the activities of the business;
Additional Fee means any additional fee payable in addition to the Activity Fee to ensure the monies collected from Participants for the Activity Fee and the Additional Fee collectively equals the Activity Running Fee.

  • Participant shall be solely responsible for the payment of all taxes on the Fee and the Additional Fee payable to Participant.

Additional Fee is currently set at $250 per additional Representative, which amount may be amended by the Board to cover additional Meeting costs.
