Housing Assignments. The University assigns Licensee to a bed space and does not guarantee specific room types, buildings, communities, or roommates. The University shall have the right to reassign the Licensee to a different bed space without the Licensee’s consent prior to or during the term of the Agreement.
Housing Assignments. The University will assign each Licensee a bed space within the student housing facility. The Licensee only has the right to, and must remain in their assigned bedspace. Licensee may not occupy or move into other bedspaces in the room or unit. The University reserves the right to change room assignments, to assign a new Licensee, or reassign a current Licensee to any unoccupied bed space at any time for reasons of health, student welfare, discipline, administrative necessity, or as a result of administrative action.

While the student may request a particular type or location for his or her housing unit, the College gives no assurances that the student will receive his or her request or top preferences. The student may also request assignment to a housing unit with other specific individuals. This Contract remains a binding contract on the student whether or not he or she receives his or her preference for the housing unit and/or for roommate(s). This Contract is not assignable or transferable by the student. This means that the student may not transfer his or her right to occupy a housing unit and may not sublet any part of a housing unit. The College reserves and has the right, in its sole discretion, to change housing assignments and/or occupancy levels at any time and from time to time during the contract period. The College reserves and has the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to approve a Contract with a student. Once accepted, the College does not guarantee that College housing will be available to the student and reserves and has the right, in its sole discretion to remove a student from the housing unit. Students removed from College housing remain bound by the terms of this Contract, including the payment of housing fees. The College may base the refusal or removal on the student's current or past criminal activity or other behavior due to which, in the determination of the College, it would not be in the best interests of the College or its students to allow the student to occupy College housing. The College will assign the student to a particular space within a living unit. The student may not block other students from occupying other spaces within the living unit by placing belongings on beds or other furniture that is intended for the occupants of the other spaces.

Student Housing Assignments are made by the Office of Housing and Residence Life without regard to race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, or disability, except as needed to accommodate a disabled student. Assignment notifications include room type, building, room, and roommate information. Housing assignment notifications may be made in the form of email communication and/or written communication. The Student is responsible for providing current mailing address information to the University for correspondence. The University will use the Student’s Eagle e-mail account to communicate information regarding Student Housing assignments. Information about assignments will also be available on the Housing Web Portal via Gulfline.

Housing Assignments. 10.1. The Office of Residence Life will attempt to honor, whenever possible, requests for particular accommodations. Residence Life reserves the right to assign roommates, to change room or hall assignments, and/or to consolidate vacancies by requiring residents to move from one assignment to another.
Housing Assignments a. The university cannot guarantee a student a specific room. Assignment to rooms in the residence halls and apartments will be made in accordance with housing priorities and available housing space.
Housing Assignments. (1) Housing assignments for incoming freshmen for the Fall will be made in the summer and will be shared with the students prior to Fall move-in (typically the first week of August). After you receive your room assignment and your roommate contact information, in rare circumstances, your assignment and/or your roommate may change.

Housing Assignments. Placements and rates are based on full occupancy of each room, which ranges from one to two/four students. Residents who occupy space at below the designed capacity shall be assigned an additional roommate, if available, or may be required to move to fill vacancies and avoid additional charges. The University in its sole judgement reserves the right to reassign residents to other campus accommodations to provide repairs or improvements, or as is otherwise necessary for the efficient operation and/or protection of people or of the premises. Charges for the new space will be pro-rated at prevailing rates. Landlord complies with Federal and State Fair Housing regulations. Eligibility and assignments are not based upon race, color, national origin, religion, gender, handicap, familial status, marital status or age. As allowed by law, all shared rooms and suites are intended for same-gender occupants. Applicants who indicate gender non-binary (above) will be contacted by a Housing and Residence Life professional to discuss specific placement options to help students identify a living space which best suits their needs and preferences. If applications for campus housing warrants, some rooms may be used as temporary housing for an additional student during all or part of the term for this Agreement. Each student in temporary housing will receive a 20% discount from the standard housing charges until such time as a permanent space becomes available at the designed occupancy level. The Xxxxx are leased and operated by Greystar, pursuant to a lease and operating agreement with the University. If a resident is assigned to The Xxxxx, the resident will owe all the same duties to Greystar as it owes to the University under this Agreement and Greystar will be entitled to all of the rights and protections of the University under this Agreement, except as otherwise agreed between Greystar and the University.
