Accredited Service definition

Accredited Service means the period of time taken into account under the terms of the Retirement Plan for the purpose of computing a Retirement Plan benefit under the Final Average Pay Formula.
Accredited Service means with respect to any Employee included in the Plan, the period of service as provided in Article IV.

More Definitions of Accredited Service

Accredited Service or “Service” means the total of all periods of service as a regular or temporary employee of the Company or as an employee of a predecessor or affiliate company. It does not include periods of layoff, leaves of absence in excess of thirty (30) days duration or a long term disability absence longer than two (2) years.
