Twelve months definition

Twelve months experience’ means, wherever occurring in the case of part-time and/or casual employees, 1660 hours actual service.
Twelve months means no later then the last day of the same month each year.
Twelve months means the period of time between a certain day and the same date of the following twelfth consecutive month of the calendar, inclusive, unless in such twelfth month that date does not exist, in which case it shall end on the last day of that twelfth month. If this gives rise to a greater or lesser duration in a period of time which must end on that payment date, the extension or reduction of the period thus applied shall be deducted or added respectively in the very next period which follows it.

Twelve months means 365 days or 366 days in a Leap Year, but as regards Grand Lodge means from the date of a Regular Communication in one year to the day preceding the corresponding Regular Communication in the following year.
