Period of Employment definition

Period of Employment shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Good Reasonfor purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.

Examples of Period of Employment in a sentence

  • At any time during the Period of Employment, Executive may terminate his employment hereunder for any reason, including but not limited to Good Reason.

  • The Executive is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company under this Agreement and shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses the Executive incurs during the Period of Employment in connection with carrying out the Executive’s duties for the Company, subject to the Company’s expense reimbursement policies and any pre-approval policies in effect from time to time.

  • If Executive provides notice to the Company under Paragraph 1 that he does not wish to extend the Period of Employment, such action shall be deemed a voluntary termination by Executive and one without Good Reason.


More Definitions of Period of Employment

Period of Employment shall include any extension that becomes applicable pursuant to the preceding sentence.
Period of Employment means the period commencing on the date hereof and terminating pursuant to Section 2.
Period of Employment means the period which commences on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31, 2007; provided, however, that the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended by one year effective January 1, 2008 and each year thereafter until such date as either the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereof.
Period of Employment means the period beginning upon the occurrence of an Impending Change of Control (or, if a Change of Control occurs prior to any Impending Change of Control, upon a Change of Control) and ending at the close of business on the 180th day subsequent to any Change of Control (or, if earlier, the date on which the Board determines that there is no longer any threat or likelihood of a Change of Control).
Period of Employment means the time in any day during which employees are at the disposal of the employer, inclusive of the intervals allowed for meals and rest;

Provision of a Nonrenewal Notice shall not be a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute either a termination by the Company without “Cause” or resignation by the Executive forGood Reason” (each, as defined herein). Upon the expiration of the Period of Employment following the delivery of a Nonrenewal Notice, this Agreement, including the provisions of Section 10 (“Survival of Provisions”), will no longer be in effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 8 of this Agreement.
