accredited laboratory means an analytical facility accredited by the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), or accredited by another accrediting agency recognized by Manitoba Conservation and Climate to be equivalent to the SCC, or be able to demonstrate, upon request, that it has the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures in place equivalent to accreditation based on the international standard ISO/IEC 17025, or otherwise approved by the Director;
accredited laboratory means any facility accredited by the Standard Council of Canada (SCC); or facilities accredited by another accrediting agency recognized by Manitoba Environment to be equivalent to the SCC; or any facility able to demonstrate to Manitoba Environment, upon request, that it has the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures in place equivalent to accreditation based on the Canadian Standard Can/CSA-Z753, extension of the international standard ISO 9000, Guide 25;
accredited laboratory means any laboratory accredited by an authorized accreditation body in accordance with a standard based on "CAN-P-1585: Requirements for the Accreditation of Environmental Testing Laboratories" established by the Standards Council of Canada, as amended, or "ISO/IEC/EN 17025: General Requirements for Competence of Calibration and Testing Laboratories" established by the International Organization for Standardization, as amended;
