All Other Members. The period of enhanced funding for all other members who meet the ventilator dependency criteria will begin on the first day of the month the member was hospitalized and will end on the last day of the month of the qualifying hospital stay. If the member dies while on total respiratory support the enhanced funding will end on the date of death. The member may be removed from the ventilator to spend time with family and friends prior to his/her date of death.

The Servicing Personnel Office shall process the revocation with NFC, with the change to become effective at the beginning of the first full pay period after September 1 of each year provided that the revocation was received by the Servicing Personnel Office between August 1 and August 15 of that same year. It is the employee's responsibility to ensure timely filing of the revocation forms. The Employer shall notify the Union, within two (2) working days, of all revocations by submission to the Union of the duplicate copy of the Standard Form 1188 or of the written request.

  • POWERS OF MEMBERS The Members shall have the power to exercise any and all rights or powers granted to the Members pursuant to the express terms of this Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein, the Members shall have no power to bind the Company and no authority to act on behalf of the Company.

  • REMIC Declarations; Other REMIC Matters (a) The Issuer hereby declares its intent that the Trust (or the applicable portion thereof) formed pursuant to the related Trust Documents will constitute, and the affairs of such Trust (or the applicable portion thereof) will be conducted so as to qualify as, one or more REMICs pursuant to Section 860D of Subchapter M of Chapter 1 of the Internal Revenue Code; provided, however, that such portions of any Trust as are expressly excluded from any applicable REMIC in the related Issue Supplement will not constitute a part of any REMIC.   • Members (a) A Person shall be admitted as a Member and shall become bound by, and shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by, the terms of this Agreement if such Person purchases or otherwise lawfully acquires any Share, and such Person shall become the Record Holder of such Share, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Each Certificate of Membership shall set forth the name of the Member holding the membership interest and the Member’s Percentage Interest held by the Member, and shall bear the following legend: “The membership interest represented by this certificate is subject to, and may not be transferred except in accordance with, the provisions of the Operating Agreement of , LLC, dated effective as of , 20 , as the same from time to time may be amended, a copy of which is on file at the principal office of the Company.”
