Prepayment Date means the date, which shall be a Payment Date, on which the Borrower proposes to effect prepayment of a Prepayment Amount.

Examples of Prepayment Date in a sentence

  • Upon presentation by the Borrower to the Bank of a Prepayment Request, the Bank shall issue a Prepayment Notice to the Borrower, not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the Prepayment Date.

  • The Prepayment Date shall fall on an Interest Payment Date, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the CEB.
