Trial of a requested person who is not extradited. If Rwanda does not extradite the requested person to another country, it shall try him/her with the consent of the requesting State. The Minister in charge of justice shall, in writing request the Prosecutor General or Military Prosecutor General to examine charges of filed against the requested person who is not extradited and file the case to the competent Court.
