Surrender of the requested person. The Minister in charge of justice shall submit to the Prosecutor General or Military Prosecutor General the extradition Order of the requested person for enforcement. Upon receipt of the extradition Order, the Prosecutor General or Military Prosecutor General shall immediately extradite the requested person to the requesting State.
