Documents accompanying a request for a provisional measure or for confiscation. The request for enforcement of a decision of a provisional measure or of confiscation shalldont dispose la personne recherchée pour préparer sa défense ou pour se pourvoir en opposition si le jugement a été rendu par défaut; 7º une déclaration affirmant que la personne est recherchée pour être traduite devant la justice ou pour purger la peine; 8º une déclaration décrivant l’assistance requise et les détails de la procédure que l’Etat requérant souhaite voir appliquer. En cas d’extradition d’une personne reconnue coupable d’une infraction, la demande doit s’accompagner du jugement ou d’une copie certifiée conforme du jugement ou de tout autre document établissant la culpabilité de l’intéressé, la peine prononcée et le fait que le jugement est exécutoire en même temps que la peine non encore exécutée. Les documents visés au présent article doivent être accompagnés par les documents traduits dans l’une des langues officielles de la République du Rwanda.
