Additional information. The Minister in charge of Justice or the National Public Prosecution seized of the matter, either on own initiative or upon request of the competent Court, may solicit, through diplomatic channels or directly, the foreign competent authority for purposes of providing all additional information necessary to better carry out the request or facilitate its enforcement.
