PART I Bidding Procedures Section I Instructions to Bidders (ITB) Section II Bid Data Sheet (BDS) Section III Evaluation and Eligibility Criteria (EEC) Section IV Bidding Forms (BDF) PART II Requirements Section V Works Requirements (WRQ) Section VI Bill of Quantities (BOQ) PART III Conditions of Contract and Contract Forms Section VII General Conditions of Contract (GCC) Section VIII Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) Section IX Contract Forms (COF) 6.2 The Invitation for Bids issued by the Employer is not part of the Bidding Document. 6.3 The Employer is not responsible for the completeness of the Bidding Document and their Addenda, if they were not obtained directly from the source stated by the Employer in the Invitation for Bids. 6.4 The Bidder is expected to examine all instructions, forms, terms, and specifications in the Bidding Document and to furnish with its bid all information and documentation as is required by the Bidding Documents.
