Ja 3 (trīs) mēnešu laikā pēc IESAIŅOJUMU saņemšanas tiek konstatēts IESAIŅOJUMS, kurš neatbilst LĪGUMA noteikumiem vai BANKAS apstiprinātajiem IESAIŅOJUMU paraugiem, vai konstatēta IESAIŅOJUMU skaita neatbilstība LĪGUMA noteikumiem, BANKA par to rakstiski paziņo PIEGĀDĀTĀJAM, norādot neatbilstošo IESAIŅOJUMU skaitu un konstatētos trūkumus vai trūkstošo IESAIŅOJUMU skaitu. PIEGĀDĀTĀJS (skaits cipariem) ( (skaits vārdiem)) nedēļu laikā pēc 2.1 punktā minētā attiecīgā IESAIŅOJUMA dizaina saņemšanas izgatavo IESAIŅOJUMA paraugus un nosūta tos BANKAI apstiprināšanai. BANKA apstiprina IESAIŅOJUMA paraugus, nosūtot PIEGĀDĀTĀJAM apstiprinājumu uz e- e-pasta adresi . PIEGĀDĀTĀJS ir tiesīgs uzsākt IESAIŅOJUMA tirāžas izgatavošanu tikai pēc IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu apstiprināšanas. 2.3. PIEGĀDĀTĀJS izgatavo katra veida IESAIŅOJUMU un piegādā to KALTUVEI vai BANKAI (skaits cipariem) ( (skaits vārdiem)) nedēļu (ne vairāk kā 6 (sešu) nedēļu) laikā pēc 2.1. punktā minētā attiecīgā IESAIŅOJUMA dizaina saņemšanas, ieskaitot laiku, kas nepieciešams 2.2. punktā minēto IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu izgatavošanai un nosūtīšanai BANKAI, bet neskaitot laiku, kas BANKAI nepieciešams IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu apstiprināšanai. THE PROCEDURE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE CONTRACT 2.1 The BANK shall send the electronic design of each PACKAGING to the SUPPLIER to the following e-mail address: within 10 (ten) calendar days after the day of the coming CONTRACT has come into force of the CONTRACTforce. 2.2 The SUPPLIER shall produce the PACKAGING samples and send them to the BANK for approval within (number in figures) ( (number in words)) weeks after the respective PACKAGING design referred to in Paragraph 2.1 has been received. The BANK shall approve the PACKAGING samples by sending the approval to the SUPPLIER to the following e-mail address: . The SUPPLIER shall have the right be entitled to commence the production of the batch of the PACKAGING only after the PACKAGING samples have been approved. 2.3 The SUPPLIER shall produce the PACKAGING of each type and deliver it to the MINT or the BANK within (number in figures) ( (number in words)) weeks (no more than 6 (six) weeks) after the respective PACKAGING design referred to in Paragraph 2.1 has been received, including the time required for the production and the dispatch of the PACKAGING samples referred to in Paragraph 2.2 to the BANK, but excluding the time necessary for the BANK to approve the PACKAGING samples.

LĪGUMA IZPILDES KĀRTĪBA. 2.1. BANKA 10 (desmit) kalendāro dienu laikā pēc LĪGUMA spēkā stāšanās dienas atbilstoši LĪGUMA 3. pielikuma 2. tabulā noteiktajiem termiņiem nosūta PIEGĀDĀTĀJAM uz e- e-pasta adresi elektroniski sagatavotu katra IESAIŅOJUMA dizainu. 2.2. PIEGĀDĀTĀJS (skaits cipariem) ( (skaits vārdiem)) nedēļu laikā pēc 2.1 punktā minētā attiecīgā IESAIŅOJUMA dizaina saņemšanas izgatavo IESAIŅOJUMA paraugus un nosūta tos BANKAI apstiprināšanai. BANKA apstiprina IESAIŅOJUMA paraugus, nosūtot PIEGĀDĀTĀJAM apstiprinājumu uz e- pasta adresi . PIEGĀDĀTĀJS ir tiesīgs uzsākt IESAIŅOJUMA tirāžas izgatavošanu tikai pēc IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu apstiprināšanas. 2.3. PIEGĀDĀTĀJS izgatavo katra veida IESAIŅOJUMU un piegādā to attiecīgajai KALTUVEI vai BANKAI (skaits cipariem) ( (skaits vārdiem)) nedēļu (ne vairāk kā 6 (sešu) nedēļu) laikā pēc 2.1. punktā minētā attiecīgā IESAIŅOJUMA dizaina saņemšanas, ieskaitot laiku, kas nepieciešams 2.2. punktā minēto IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu izgatavošanai un nosūtīšanai BANKAI, bet neskaitot laiku, kas BANKAI nepieciešams IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu apstiprināšanai. The SUPPLIER shall have the right to commence the production of the batch mintage of the PACKAGING only after the PACKAGING samples have been approved. 2.3 The SUPPLIER shall produce the PACKAGING of each type and deliver it to the respective MINT or the BANK within (number in figures) ( (number in words)) weeks (no more than 6 (six) weeks) after the respective PACKAGING design referred to in Paragraph 2.1 has been received, including the time required for the production and the dispatch of the PACKAGING samples referred to in Paragraph 2.2 to the BANKbet neskaitot laiku, but excluding the time necessary for the BANK to approve the PACKAGING sampleskas BANKAI nepieciešams IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu apstiprināšanai.

LĪGUMA IZPILDES KĀRTĪBA. 2.1. BANKA 10 pasūta ne mazāk kā 2 000 (desmitdivi tūkstoši) kalendāro dienu laikā pēc LĪGUMA spēkā stāšanās dienas nosūta PIEGĀDĀTĀJAM uz e- pasta adresi elektroniski sagatavotu katra IESAIŅOJUMA dizainukārbiņu katrā pasūtījumā. 2.2. PIEGĀDĀTĀJS Izgatavojamo un piegādājamo vakuumformu apjomu BANKA nosaka katrā pasūtījumā atsevišķi. 2.3. BANKA pasūta preci, nosūtot PIEGĀDĀTĀJAM rakstisku pasūtījumu. BANKAI ir tiesības pasūtīt preces 1 (skaits cipariemviena) ( (skaits vārdiem)) nedēļu gada laikā pēc 2.1 līguma spēkā stāšanās dienas. 2.4. Ja BANKA pasūta tāda veida preces, kādas PIEGĀDĀTĀJS BANKAI iepriekš nav piegādājis, BANKA vienlaikus ar 2.3. punktā minētā attiecīgā IESAIŅOJUMA dizaina saņemšanas minēto pasūtījumu nosūta PIEGĀDĀTĀJAM monētas kapsulas paraugu. Pirms katra jauna preces veida izgatavošanas un piegādes uzsākšanas PIEGĀDĀTĀJS izgatavo IESAIŅOJUMA paraugus attiecīgi pasūtītās kārbiņas vai vakuumformas paraugu un nosūta tos to BANKAI apstiprināšanai. BANKA apstiprina IESAIŅOJUMA parauguspreces paraugu, nosūtot pa e-pastu ( ) PIEGĀDĀTĀJAM apstiprinājumu uz e- pasta adresi apstiprinājumu. PIEGĀDĀTĀJS ir tiesīgs uzsākt IESAIŅOJUMA tirāžas izgatavošanu tikai pēc IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu apstiprināšanas. 2.32.5. PIEGĀDĀTĀJS izgatavo katra veida IESAIŅOJUMU preces un piegādā to KALTUVEI vai tās BANKAI vienā reizē (skaits cipariem) ( (skaits vārdiem)) nedēļu (ne vairāk kā 6 (sešu) nedēļu) laikā pēc 2.12.3. punktā minētā attiecīgā IESAIŅOJUMA dizaina pasūtījuma saņemšanas, ieskaitot laiku, kas nepieciešams 2.22.4. punktā minēto IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu minētā katra jauna veida preces parauga izgatavošanai un nosūtīšanai BANKAInosūtīšanai, bet neskaitot laiku, kas BANKAI nepieciešams IESAIŅOJUMA paraugu preces parauga apstiprināšanai. German mint Staatliche Münzen Baden- Württemberg 2.6. PIEGĀDĀTĀJS piegādā BANKAI preci DDP K. Xxxxxxxxx xxxx 0X, Rīga (hereinafter referred to as the "MINT") and produce and deliver cardboard gift packagings for a set of four 2 euro commemorative coins Incoterms 2010). (hereinafter jointly referred to as the "PACKAGINGS"; hereinafter each type of gift packagings shall be individually referred to as the "PACKAGING") to the BANKAppendix 2). 2. THE PROCEDURE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE CONTRACT 2.1 The BANK shall send order no less than 2 000 (two thousand) cases in each order. 2.2 The BANK shall specify the electronic design amount of the vacuum forms to be produced and delivered in each PACKAGING order separately. 2.3 The BANK shall order the product by sending a written order to the SUPPLIER SUPPLIER. The BANK shall be entitled to order the following e-mail address: products within 10 the course of 1 (tenone) calendar days year after the day of the coming into force of the CONTRACTcontract. 2.2 The 2.4 Where the BANK orders the products of a type not delivered by the SUPPLIER to the BANK previously, the BANK, along with the order referred to in Paragraph 2.3, shall send a sample of the coin capsule to the SUPPLIER. Prior to commencing the production and delivery of the product of each new type, the SUPPLIER shall produce a sample of the PACKAGING samples ordered case or the vacuum form respectively and shall send them it to the BANK for approval within (number in figures) ( (number in words)) weeks after the respective PACKAGING design referred to in Paragraph 2.1 has been receivedapproval. The BANK shall approve the PACKAGING samples product sample by sending the approval to the SUPPLIER to the following by e-mail address: ( ).
