QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIERS. 3.1 Suppliers participating in the tender shall meet the following minimum qualification requirements.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SUPPLIERS. General qualification requirements for suppliers: 1 The supplier must have successfully implemented at least 1 contract for food product assortment sorting equipment within the last two years. The value of the implemented contract must be at least 0,7 of the total value of the supplies that are the object of the contract. If the document is issued earlier but its validity is longer than the deadline for submission of tenders, such a document is acceptable. A duly certified copy of the document shall be provided and a free-form written confirmation from the supplier that he meets the qualification requirement specified in this paragraph shall be provided.   • Nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybės (force majeure) 6.1. Šalis nėra laikoma atsakinga už bet kokių įsipareigojimų pagal šią Sutartį neįvykdymą ar dalinį neįvykdymą, jeigu Šalis įrodo, kad tai įvyko dėl nenugalimų aplinkybių, kurių Šalys negalėjo kontroliuoti ir protingai numatyti, išvengti ar pašalinti jokiomis priemonėmis, pvz.: Vyriausybės sprendimai ir kiti aktai, kurie turėjo poveikį Šalių veiklai, politiniai neramumai, streikai, paskelbti ir nepaskelbti karai, kiti ginkluoti susirėmimai, gaisrai, potvyniai, kitos stichinės nelaimės. Nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybėmis laikomos aplinkybės, nurodytos Lietuvos Respublikos civilinio kodekso 6.212 str. ir Atleidimo nuo atsakomybės esant nenugalimos jėgos (force majeure) aplinkybėms taisyklėse, patvirtintose Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 1996 m. liepos 15 d. nutarimu Nr. 840. Nustatydamos nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybes Šalys vadovaujasi Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 1997 kovo 13 d. nutarimu Nr. 222 „Dėl nenugalimos jėgos (force majeure) aplinkybes liudijančių pažymų išdavimo tvarkos patvirtinimo“. Esant nenugalimos jėgos aplinkybėms Sutarties Šalys Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktuose nustatyta tvarka yra atleidžiamos nuo atsakomybės už Sutartyje numatytų prievolių neįvykdymą, dalinį neįvykdymą arba netinkamą įvykdymą, o įsipareigojimų vykdymo terminas pratęsiamas.

  • FINAL PROVISIONS The costs of Tender preparation and participation in the Tendering Process shall not be compensated to the Suppliers. The Buyer at any time prior to conclusion of the Procurement Contract, shall be entitled to terminate Procurement procedures, if some circumstances have appeared, which could not be anticipated. The Buyer, after adopting decision concerning termination of Procurement procedures, no later than within 3 business days from decision adoption, shall inform all suppliers, who have submitted their Tenders, on such a decision, and, if the Procurement procedures have been terminated prior to the deadline for Tender submission shall inform all suppliers who have acquired the Procurement Terms and Conditions and / or Procurement Documents. The Buyer, no later than within 3 business days after Procurement Contract conclusion, shall inform via e-mail all Suppliers, who have submitted their Tenders, about conclusion of the Procurement Contract, indicating the successful Supplier awarded the Contract, as well as on the price offered by this Supplier. Information, submitted in the Tenders, except for information indicated in item 11.3 of the Tendering Terms and Conditions shall not be disclosed to Suppliers and third persons, who administer and audit use of the EU Funds.   • VOKŲ SU PASIŪLYMAIS ATPLĖŠIMO PROCEDŪRA 10.1. Pradinis susipažinimas su CVP IS priemonėmis gautais pasiūlymais vyks Perkančiosios organizacijos Komisijos posėdyje 2016 m. d. 9.45 val. Lietuvos laiku adresu Žolyno x. 15, 10209 Vilniuje, posėdžių salėje – 200 kab. II aukšte.

  • PASIŪLYMŲ NAGRINĖJIMAS IR PASIŪLYMŲ ATMETIMO PRIEŽASTYS 9.1. Komisija tikrina tiekėjų pasiūlymuose pateiktų kvalifikacijos duomenų atitiktį konkurso sąlygose nustatytiems minimaliems kvalifikacijos reikalavimams. Jeigu Komisija nustato, kad tiekėjo pateikti kvalifikacijos duomenys yra neišsamūs arba netikslūs, ji privalo CVP IS susirašinėjimo priemonėmis prašyti tiekėjo juos papildyti arba paaiškinti per perkančiosios organizacijos nurodytą terminą. Jeigu perkančiosios organizacijos prašymu tiekėjas nepatikslino pateiktų netikslių ir neišsamių duomenų apie savo kvalifikaciją, perkančioji organizacija atmeta tokį pasiūlymą.

  • KITOS SUTARTIES SĄLYGOS 9.1. Sutarties Šalys garantuoja, kad turi visus šios Sutarties sudarymui ir vykdymui reikalingus ir tinkamai įformintus įgalinimus ir leidimus, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, bet kokius Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės ar jos įgaliotų institucijų išduodamus leidimus ar licencijas, ar bet kokius kitokius šios Sutarties sudarymui ir vykdymui reikalingus dokumentus.

  • VOKŲ SU PASIŪLYMAIS ATPLĖŠIMO PROCEDŪROS 8. PASIŪLYMŲ NAGRINĖJIMAS

  • PASIŪLYMŲ ATMETIMO PRIEŽASTYS 7.1 Komisija atmeta pasiūlymą, jeigu:

  • DRAUDIMO IŠMOKOS APSKAIČIAVIMAS 38.1. Apdraustojo ligą pripažinus draudžiamuoju įvykiu išmokama visa pasirinkta papildomų ligų draudimo suma.
