TERM. According to this agreement, the Sponsor contributes to IZVe’s institutional research activities and scientific investigation that will be performed from November 2020 to October 2021.

TERM. This Agreement shall be effective upon the execution and shall remain in force 24 months, or in any case, until the completion of the Services by IZSVe and payment by the Company of the corresponding compensation. TERM. 1. This Agreement shall be effective from the signature date and shall remain in force n. 12 months. Any variation of the duration of this Agreement, including its renewal or extension, shall be agreed upon by the Parties in writing, subject to the approval by their competent bodies. 2. This agreement shall automatically lapse if it proves to be incompatible with subsequent regulatory provisions. In this case, IZSVe shall inform the Customer of the times and procedures for the termination of the effects of this Agreement, as well as the different conditions for the possible stipulation of a new Agreement.

TERM. 7.1 This Agreement shall become effective at the Effective Date and shall remain in full force for 36 months, or in any case, until completion of the services by IZSVe and payment of the consideration by the AFSVSPP , unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions in art. 14. 7.2 Any tacit renewal is excluded. Any variation of the Agreement duration, including its renewal or extension, shall be agreed upon by the Parties in writing

The additional analysis from n. 501 to analysis n. 5000 will be paid a pro rata rate of € 24,00 excluded IVA if due, for each analysis, for a total maximum amount of € 108.000,00. The Company shall pay IZSVe the above mentioned amount against presentation of a regular invoice. The present Agreement shall be renewable, only once, for further 12 months and under the same terms and conditions, that is to perform n. 5000 analyses at the same compensation terms, upon termination of the present Agreement and anyway once the number of analyses requested by the present Agreement is reached (5000).
