"EU Guarantee" has the meaning given to it in Recital (d). "EU Law" means the acquis communautaire of the European Union as expressed through the Treaties of the European Union, the regulations, directives, delegated acts, implementing acts, and the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union. "EUR" or "euro" means the lawful currency of the Member States of the European Union which adopt or have adopted it as their currency in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Treaty on European Union and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union or their succeeding treaties. "EURIBOR" has the meaning given to it in Schedule B. "Event of Default" means any of the circumstances, events or occurrences specified in Article 10.1.
