SI USTED ESTÁ CELEBRANDO ESTE CONTRATO EN REPRESENTACIÓN DE UNA COMPAÑÍA U OTRA PERSONA JURÍDICA, USTED DECLARA QUE POSEE LAS FACULTADES PARA OBLIGAR A DICHA ENTIDAD DE CONFORMIDAD CON LOS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE ESTE CONTRATO Y, EN ESE CASO, “USTED” Y “SU”, TAL COMO SE UTILIZAN EN ESTE CONTRATO, SE REFERIRÁN A DICHA ENTIDAD; SI USTED NO POSEE TALES FACULTADES, O BIEN SI USTED O TAL ENTIDAD NO ACEPTA LOS TÉRMINOS Y LAS CONDICIONES DE ESTE CONTRATO, USTED NO PODRÁ UTILIZAR LOS SERVICIOS.
