Weeks Worked means a week in which an employee receives earnings for hours worked, Vacation pay, Holiday pay, Easter & Christmas shutdown pay, Bereavement pay or Jury duty. Tradesmen will receive $2.00 below job rate during their probationary period. Except as later herein qualified, employees shall receive wages in accordance with the attached wage schedule. A new employee may start at a basic hourly rate higher than 65%. The student rate shall be shall be $17.00/hour. COST OF LIVING

More Definitions of Weeks Worked
Weeks Worked excludes any week other than a week in which the employee earned a wage. The employer shall transmit to DRIVE headquarters on a monthly basis, in one check, the total amount deducted along with the name of each employee on whose behalf a deduction is made, the employee’s social security number and the amount deducted from that employee’s paycheck. The Company shall remit all DRIVE money to the proper location not later than the twentieth (20th) day of the month following the date on which the money was deducted from the employee’s paycheck.
Weeks Worked means the total workweeks of the Class or Collective Member during the applicable Relevant Period in which they were actively employed in the position of ASM. The definition of Weeks Worked does not include any full weeks in which a Class or Collective Member worked in a position other than that of ASM.
Weeks Worked refers to the number of weeks a 17200 Class Member performed emergency road services for AAA NCNU at a Contract Station as a driver, dispatcher, fleet mechanic, administrator or manager/supervisor for an average of thirty (30) hours per week.
Weeks Worked in the context of the Class Members, means all weeks during the Class Period in which the Class Member was employed by Defendant as a non- exempt employee in California and worked at least one shift during the workweek. In the context of Aggrieved Employees, it means all weeks during the PAGA Period in which the Aggrieved Employee was employed by Defendant as a non-exempt employee in California and worked at least one shift during the workweek.
Weeks Worked means the total number of weeks in which a Settlement Class Member worked one or more shifts for Defendant in a Covered Position (as defined above).
