Warehouse Note definition

Warehouse Note. Any Series of Notes that has a revolving period during which periodic payments of principal are not scheduled to be paid.
Warehouse Note means a promissory note executed and delivered by Co-Borrowers, jointly and severally, payable to a Lender's order, in the stated principal amount of that Lender's Commitment, and substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.
