variation date definition
variation date means the date on which clause 4 of the variation agreement made on or about 17 November 2010 between the State and the Company comes into operation;
variation date means the date on which clause 2 of the Variation Agreement comes into operation;
variation date means the date that the last party signs this agreement or as otherwise specified in item 5 of the Details Schedule.
