Holders of Securities who fail to provide a duly completed Residency Declaration and who are not otherwise determined to be Qualified Canadians by the Trustee will be deemed not to be Qualified Canadians and will receive Variable Voting Shares.
If the affected employee does not advise the department head of his or her choice within the time period herein indicated, he or she will be deemed to have agreed to work the new schedule on the work days indicated therein.
Each Holder of Securities who is not a Qualified Canadian is entitled to receive Variable Voting Shares upon the delivery to the Trustee of a duly completed Residency Declaration to the effect that such Holder is not a Qualified Canadian.
