Variable Voting Shares definition

Variable Voting Shares means the Class NC variable voting shares in the capital of the Corporation which trade on the TSX under the symbol PNC.B.
Variable Voting Shares means the Class NC variable voting shares in the capital of PNCC, which trade on the TSX under the symbol PNC.B.
Variable Voting Shares means the variable voting shares of the Company. “Voting Unitholders” means holders of Units and Special Voting Units. “Voting Units” means the Units and Special Voting Units.

  • Holders of Securities who fail to provide a duly completed Residency Declaration and who are not otherwise determined to be Qualified Canadians by the Trustee will be deemed not to be Qualified Canadians and will receive Variable Voting Shares.

  • If the affected employee does not advise the department head of his or her choice within the time period herein indicated, he or she will be deemed to have agreed to work the new schedule on the work days indicated therein.

  • Each Holder of Securities who is not a Qualified Canadian is entitled to receive Variable Voting Shares upon the delivery to the Trustee of a duly completed Residency Declaration to the effect that such Holder is not a Qualified Canadian.

  • Not later than the effective date of any such appointment, the Corporation will file notice thereof in writing with the predecessor Rights Agent and each transfer agent of the Voting Shares and Variable Voting Shares, and mail a notice thereof in writing to the holders of the Rights in accordance with Section 5.10.

  • The Rights Agent may resign and be discharged from its duties under this Agreement upon 90 days’ prior notice (or such lesser notice as is acceptable to the Corporation) in writing mailed to the Corporation and to the transfer agent of the Voting Shares and Variable Voting Shares by registered or certified mail, and to the holders of the Rights in accordance with Section 5.10.
