Utilization Amount definition

Utilization Amount means, during each applicable Determination Period, the average daily amount of the Total WC Outstandings divided by the Aggregate WC Commitment during such period.

Utilization Amount has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.05(b).

Utilization Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the original principal amount of the Equipment Loan Advances funded prior to such date.
