Cooperative activities in these fields may include, but are not limited to, exchange of technical information and services, joint studies of mutual interest, joint educational activities to advance understanding of Earth system science, and exchange visits of individuals sponsored by either Party who are engaged in research projects of mutual interest within the scope of regular programs of the USGS and NOAA.
