Useable definition

Useable means that the Chemical or other material has not surpassed its expiration date.
Useable means, for the purposes of park dedication, a parcel of land which meets the requirements of section 83, is free of encumbrances and is naturally suitable or designed and constructed to be suitable for park dedication purposes.
