Examples of U.S. Dollar Equivalent in a sentence
The Company shall pay directly to the L/C Issuer for its own account a fronting fee with respect to each Letter of Credit, at the rate of 0.125% per annum computed on the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of the daily amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit on a quarterly basis in arrears.
If the Company fails to so reimburse the L/C Issuer by such time, such L/C Issuer shall notify the Administrative Agent, and the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the Honor Date, the amount of the unreimbursed drawing (expressed in U.S. Dollars in the amount of the U.S. Dollar Equivalent thereof in the case of a Letter of Credit denominated in Euros or any other currency (other than U.S. Dollars)) (the “Unreimbursed Amount”), and the amount of such Lender’s Percentage thereof.
The L/C Issuer shall determine the Spot Rate as of each Revaluation Date to be used for calculating the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of the L/C Obligations in respect of Letters of Credit issued by it and denominated in Euros and shall provide notice of the same to the Administrative Agent and the Company.
In the case of a drawing under a Letter of Credit denominated in Euros or any other currency (other than U.S. Dollars), the L/C Issuer shall notify the Company of the U.S. Dollar Equivalent of the amount of the drawing promptly following the determination thereof.
