Underwriting. (the "Directed Share Program"). The Shares to be sold by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to the Directed Share Program (the "Directed Shares") will be sold by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ pursuant to this Agreement at the public offering price.
