To the extent required by the UKLA and/or London Stock Exchange, the Dealers will provide the Fiscal Agent with secondary market information regarding any tranche of Notes listed on the London Stock Exchange and the Fiscal Agent will provide such information to the UKLA and the London Stock Exchange.
