Trust lands definition

Trust lands means any lands in this state held in trust by the United States government for the benefit of a tribe or a member of a tribe.
Trust lands means any property owned by the state of North Dakota and managed by the board.
Trust lands means those lands, their natural products and all assets derived from them, which are under the care, custody and control of the commissioner.

More Definitions of Trust lands

Trust lands means all lands, including, but not limited to, tidelands, within the TIDA property that are presently subject to the public trust or will be subject to the trust upon conveyance out of federal ownership. Following a trust exchange, trust lands shall include all lands impressed with the trust pursuant to the exchange, and shall not include any lands removed from the trust pursuant to the exchange.
